SHIRLEY — The Shirley Affordable Housing Trust approved a new rental assistance program timeline and awarded housing support to two applicants. Chair Logan Bries and the five-member committee unanimously approved application deadlines from October 1, 2026, through February 1, 2027, with award decisions in March and payment disbursement on May 1, 2027. Two applicants received awards: $400 for application 26-0007 and $500 for application 26-0008.
The committee decided to collect applicant statistics to better understand community housing needs.
