Ambrose Way stood out geographically, with five of the month's 17 sales, four of them condo units sold by Shirley Station Development Inc. for between $460,000 and $503,847. Several other transfers appeared to be family or trust-related rather than open-market sales, based on matching buyer and seller names in the deed records.
