Shirley Conservation Commission approves Squannacook River dam repairs order and $5,250 in accounts payable. Chair Jennifer McGuiness and four voting members voted unanimously to close a public hearing on the dam project (which involves concrete removal and repair) and approve its Order of Conditions; McGuiness abstained from both votes. The commission also unanimously approved a Certificate of Compliance for 5 Meadows Lane and an Enforcement Order for 132 Groton Road.
Accounts payable included $4,700 to New England Forestry Consultants for a Pumpkin Brook Forest Management Plan update and $550 for ESRI ArcGIS Pro software, both approved unanimously. A Notice of Intent for a single-family home at 0 Leominster Road was continued to June 9.
