Conservation Commission approves enforcement order for Patterson Road wetlands.

Shirley Conservation Commission unanimously approved an Enforcement Order for wetlands violations at Patterson Road properties owned by Jedidiah Provost of Provost Development LLC. Chair Jennifer McGuinness and all seven members present voted 7-0 to issue the order, with Conservation Agent Mike Fleming noting next steps including a Notice of Intent and Restoration Plan. The commission also voted 6-0 (with McGuinness recused) to approve updated Forest Stewardship Plans for Pumpkin Brook Link and Rich Tree Farm conservation areas and authorized submission to the state Department of Conservation and Resources.

A Notice of Intent hearing for a Leominster Road single-family home was continued to April 28 on unanimous request of the applicant.
