Conservation Commission approves path at Fredonian Nature Center

Shirley Conservation Commission approves Order of Conditions for ADA walking path at Fredonian Nature Center. The project, represented by Kristen LaBrie of Howard Stein Hudson for the Town of Shirley, passed 6-0 following public hearing closure at 7:46 p.m. The commission also unanimously approved a Determination of Applicability for a 50-by-50-foot detached garage at 128 Groton Road and closed the hearing on a two-home project at 0 Great Road represented by Seth Donohoe of Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group.
Chair Jennifer McGuinness declined to open a hearing on a New England Power soil boring project, citing improper advertisement under Open Meeting Law, and directed the applicant to re-advertise using the town's legal notice template.
