Planning Board approves take-out restaurant at 25 Main Street.

Planning Board · Meeting of January 7, 2026

SHIRLEY — Planning Board approves take-out restaurant at 25 Main Street in Shirley Village Business District. The Board unanimously approved Marc Dale LLC's Site Plan application and change of use, with Vice Chair William Oelfke moving approval seconded by Member Asa Losurdo. The decision is contingent on eight conditions, including obtaining final permits from the Nashoba Associated Board of Health, securing necessary plumbing, electrical, and building permits, filing interior floor plans, and confirming parking space sizes.

Town Planner Mark Archambault also updated the Board on progress separating the Town Trees and Stonewall bylaws, targeting an early April draft for Board review before May Town Meeting.
