Planning Board endorses ANR plan for Groton Road property subdivision

SHIRLEY — Planning Board unanimously endorses three-lot ANR subdivision at 36 Groton Road. Ryan Proctor, Civil Engineer with Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group, presented the plan for the property owned by John Michael Dupre Trustee, GAD Realty Trust; Chair Sarah Widing confirmed all lots meet Residential 1 zone frontage and area requirements. The Board also approved a $170.54 Lowell Publishing invoice for legal advertisements related to Shirley General Town Bylaw and Protective Zoning Bylaw amendments, and voted unanimously to cancel the May 20 meeting unless an ANR or other urgent matter materializes.
