SHIRLEY — Planning Board unanimously approves four warrant articles for May town meeting. Chair Sarah Widing and the Board endorsed a Public Street Trees Bylaw and Stonewall Preservation Bylaw, along with amendments to the Protective Zoning Bylaws governing temporary political signs and automobile lease and rental uses in commercial districts. Vice Chair William Oelfke added language to the political sign bylaw to prohibit signs on conservation land and parking thereof, and the Board struck the Great Road-West Mixed-Use District from the automobile rental amendment, citing its exclusion from the legal advertisement.
The Board also unanimously endorsed an ANR plan for Paul Przybyla to split his parcel at 173 Center Road into two lots and approved a $150.48 legal advertising invoice.
