Shirley Conservation Commission approves extension permit for Mass Electric work. Vice-Chair Susan Gillham presided over the April 28 meeting with Members Marie Elwyn, Dan Knapp, Bonnie Woodward, and Michelle Lydon present; Chair Jennifer McGuiness and Member Stuart Sears were absent. The Commission unanimously approved an extension permit for Order of Conditions #284-0479 at 9 Great Road (5-0) and unanimously voted to continue a public hearing on a proposed single-family home at 0 Leominster Road, represented by Apple Valley Homes, LLC, to the May 12 meeting (4-0, with Elwyn recusing herself).
The April 14 minutes were also approved unanimously.
