Shirley Conservation Commission approves Order of Conditions for two-home project on Great Road. Vice-Chair Susan Gillham, with members Marie Elwyn, Stuart Sears, Bonnie Woodward, and Michelle Lydon present, voted unanimously to approve the McCabe project (Apple Valley Homes, LLC) involving construction within 100 feet of a bordering vegetated wetland and the 100-year flood plain. The commission closed the public hearing on a National Grid soil-boring project between Leominster Road and Walker Road, also by unanimous vote, after discussion of site access off Benjamin Road and invasive species concerns.

A second residential project at 0 Leominster Road was continued to March 24 at applicant request; an enforcement matter at 45 Clark Road was also continued to that date.
