Shirley Conservation Commission approves resource area delineation and two project continuances. Chair Jennifer McGuinness led the board through unanimous approval of an Order of Resource Area Delineation for Great and Parker Roads (McCabe, Parker Village LLC) and acceptance of the 2025 Lake Shirley Annual Report. Two Notice of Intent public hearings, one for a single-family home at 0 Leominster Road within 200 feet of a Riverfront Area, the other for an ADA walking path at Fredonian Park within floodplain and wetland buffers, were continued to January 27, 2026.

The Commission also authorized a $4,300 quote for heating oil tank removal and replacement at Longley Acres and unanimously approved a $2,859.80 invoice from EcoTee, Inc. for ANRAD Peer Review work on Parker and Great Roads.
