The month's top sale was a condominium unit at 1000 Mt Laurel Cir, which sold for $925,000 to Steady Course LLC. Seven of the 13 transfers, spread across streets including South Street, Lancaster Road and Hazen Road, had no price recorded yet and largely involved overlapping family names, consistent with trust or estate transfers. No street recorded more than one sale, and no transaction topped $1 million.
