Shirley home sales range from $200,000 condo to $925,000 unit in July-August period
Shirley recorded 13 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, with six sales disclosing a price ranging from $200,000 to $925,000 and a median of $366,400. The month's top sale was a condominium unit at 1000 Mt Laurel Cir, which sold for $925,000 to Steady Course LLC. Seven of the 13 transfers, spread across streets including South Street, Lancaster Road and Hazen Road, did not disclose a price and largely involved overlapping family names, consistent with trust or estate transfers. No street recorded more than one sale, and no transaction topped $1 million.
