Shirley Home Sales Range From $200,000 to $925,000 in August
Shirley recorded 17 property sales between July 31 and Aug. 29. Among the 11 transactions with disclosed prices, values ranged from $200,000 to $925,000, with a median of $317,100. The month's top sale was a $925,000 condominium unit at 1000 Mt Laurel Cir. Five of the 17 sales were units at a single new Ambrose Way condo development, and six more were intra-family trust transfers with no disclosed price. Eight of the 11 disclosed sales came in under $500,000, and none topped $1 million.
