The month's top sale was a $925,000 condominium unit at 1000 Mt Laurel Cir. Five of the 17 sales were units at a single new Ambrose Way condo development, and six more were intra-family trust transfers with no price recorded yet. Eight of the 11 recorded sales came in under $500,000, and none topped $1 million.
