The median recorded price was $459,900. Five deeds, more than a third of the total, were transfers into family or realty trusts or between spouses and had no price recorded yet. Ambrose Way and Lawton Road each saw two transactions. The data shows no sales above $1 million and a mix of condominium, single-family and vacant-land transfers.
