Shirley home sales span $50,000 to $925,000 as family trust transfers mark a third of deeds

Shirley recorded 14 property deeds between July 10 and Aug. 7, 2026. Nine sales disclosed a price, ranging from $50,000 for a vacant lot on Leominster Road to $925,000 for a condominium unit at 1000 Mt. Laurel Circle, Unit 4, the period's top sale. The median disclosed price was $459,900. Five deeds, more than a third of the total, were transfers into family or realty trusts or between spouses and did not disclose a price. Ambrose Way and Lawton Road each saw two transactions. The data shows no sales above $1 million and a mix of condominium, single-family and vacant-land transfers.
