Thirteen properties changed hands in Shirley between July 17 and Aug. 15, with eight disclosing a sale price ranging from $50,000 to $925,000 and a median of $352,500. The period's top sale was a condominium unit at 1000 Mt Laurel Circle, which sold for $925,000 on Aug. 7. Longley Road saw two separate sales. Five of the 13 recorded deeds were transfers between family members or into trusts held by the same individuals, and none of those five disclosed a price. The remaining eight sales split between five under $500,000 and three between $500,000 and $1 million, with no sale reaching seven figures.
