Shirley Sees 20 Property Transfers in Late August, Led by $925,000 Condo Sale
Shirley recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with disclosed prices ranging from $113,000 to $925,000 and a median of $317,100 across the 14 sales that listed a price. The month's top sale was 1000 Mt Laurel Cir Unit 4 at $925,000, followed by 111 Lawton Rd at $625,000 and 2 Kelsey Ln at $620,000. Six units on Ambrose Way sold from a single condo development, and six other transfers were family trust or estate transactions with no price disclosed. The data shows a wide price spread with no single dominant price tier.
