Shirley Station development accounts for six of 20 recorded home sales in September roundup
Shirley recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with 17 disclosing a sale price. Prices ranged from $113,000 to $925,000, with a median of $317,100. The top sale was $925,000 for a property listed only as "Shirley, MA" in deed records, sold to Crescent Street LLC. Six of the 20 sales were condominium units on Ambrose Way sold by Shirley Station Development Inc., ranging from $282,800 to $317,100. Several other transfers moved property within the same family or into trusts. Deed records do not include bedroom, bathroom or square footage data.
