Zoning Board continues Parker Village 40B hearing, seeks June extension.

Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of March 2, 2026

SHIRLEY — Zoning Board of Appeals defers Parker Village 40B comprehensive permit hearing. Chair Kevin P. Kelly and members Dave Swain, Stuart Sears, Lee Mirkovic, and Associate Member Dustin White continued the public hearing after the applicant failed to deliver promised sewer information, despite a December request with a four to six week timeline.

The Board directed Town Council to seek a time extension to June 30, 2026, and will not schedule further meetings until the applicant submits payment for the Weston & Sampson peer-review proposal. Board members estimated three more weeks for applicant delivery and two to three weeks for engineer review.
