Zoning Board continues Parker Village hearing, discusses Lakeview ADU.

Shirley Zoning Board unanimously continued the Parker Village comprehensive permit hearing to May 4. Vice Chair Lee M. "Chip" Guercio, Members Dave Swain, Stuart Sears, Lee Mirkovic, and Associate Member Dustin White voted 5-0 to postpone after the applicant requested extension through May 11.
In informal discussion, attorney Bruce Ringwall presented a proposal for an Accessory Dwelling Unit at 24 Lakeview Drive on a pre-existing non-conforming lot, seeking clarification on special permit and setback requirements under the Protective Zoning Bylaw. The board also unanimously approved a $1,275 Oxbow Associates invoice for Parker Village wetland peer review.
