Shirley Zoning Board extends Parker Village 40B hearing, authorizes sewer peer review. The board voted unanimously to hire Weston & Sampson to review sewer engineering conducted by Haley & Ward for the mixed-use project, one of the application's primary obstacles since November submission. Chair Kevin P.

Kelly granted applicant Brandon McCabe a verbal extension and the board extended the deadline from 180 days to April 30, 2026, voting unanimously on both motions. The public hearing was continued to March 2 at 7 p.m., with a working group meeting tentatively scheduled for February 10 to discuss the applicant's requested waivers from the local wetlands bylaw.
