Shirley home sales span $120,000 to $830,000 in September

Shirley recorded 18 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with 14 showing a sale price so far. Prices ranged from $120,000 to $830,000, with a median of $457,450. The month's top sale was 9 Brandywine Lane at $830,000, sold by Maria Christina Mesquita to David N. and Ethel Smith. Three units on Ambrose Way sold from the same developer, Shirley Station Development Inc., and several other transfers moved property within families or into trusts. The remaining four sales await price data from the registry.
