Shirley Recreation Commission approves uniforms, adjusts youth soccer fees. The commission unanimously authorized purchase of Shirley Youth Soccer uniforms at a maximum cost of $2,500, including coach jerseys, and voted to raise spring grade 1-2 registration by $10 and increase all fall 2026
